This competition is open to all residents aged 18 or over except for employees of NUDITTA (or its affiliates) and their immediate families or anyone connected professionally to this competition.
●By entering this competition, you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
●No purchase necessary.
●The #BORNFORLOVE competition will open on Instagram at 1pm EST on Wednesday, 31st January 2024 and will close at 1pm EST on Wednesday, 14th February 2024.
●To enter the competition, all entrants must:
✧ follow @nuditta_brand;
✧share a selfie of you blowing a kiss to your friends&lover and tag @nuditta_brand;
✧tell us your country of residence by including #bornforlove in the caption, and include #nudittastyle ;
✧The post must be uploaded within the timeframe stated above.
✧Only one entry per account holder will be accepted (one prize per person only).
●The winner will be selected once the competition has ended at 1pm EST on Wednesday, 14th February 2024. All qualified entries will be reviewed by NUDITTA’s social media panel and the winner will be selected based on the most creative entry.
●The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram on 19th February 2024 by 11:59 pm EST , with details of how to claim the prize. Should the winner not reply to their DM by 11:59pm EST on 22th February 2024, NUDITTA may at its sole discretion select a new winner in accordance with the process described above.

●NUDITTA reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value, where it becomes necessary to do so, as decided by NUDITTA in its sole discretion.
●The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative to the prize is available.
● The selection of winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
●Only entries submitted through Instagram and conforming to Instagram rules and these terms & conditions are eligible to participate. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not properly received due to communications beyond our control or for entries that are incorrectly submitted, incomplete or received after the closing date.
●NUDITTA reserves the right to disqualify entries at its discretion.
●Entries should not include or use any materials that infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party, including any right of confidentiality or privacy. Where any other person is depicted in an entry, the entrant warrants that such person has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and NUDITTA.
●Entries should not contain any obscene, blasphemous or defamatory matter.
●By entering this competition, you agree to grant to NUDITTA a perpetual, transferable, exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sub-licensable licence to use, edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute your entry materials throughout the world in any media, in connection with its business, which use may include, but shall not be limited to, the posting of the entry materials on NUDITTA’s websites, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts for marketing and promotional purposes.
