2.HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DELICATE PIECES?
We recommend hand-washing NUDITTA DELICATE pieces in cold water with a gentle detergent. If you prefer to machine-wash, please set your washer to the delicate cycle and use a mesh laundry bag.
Please don't put NUDITTA pieces in the dryer. Instead, hang or lay flat to dry in a cool, shady area.
3.WHY ARE THERE PRODUCTS SHOWING THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?
As some of our products are produced in limited quantities and may run out of stock, we constantly update the site with the latest product availability.
Although we cannot always guarantee the availability of all products, our Customer care team would be happy to assist you if you are looking for a particular product and cannot find it on our site.
4.WHAT IF THE SIZE I ORDER DOESN'T FIT ME?
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of purchase.
Note: Due to hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns on panty and bodysuits. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

NUDITTA has endeavored to optimise the accuracy of all product images and colours featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
1.HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is ready to ship, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your order number along with tracking information.
If you're unable to locate your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If it still doesn't turn up, please send us a note to WhatsApp or firstname.lastname@example.org for more assistance.
2.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation along with tracking information. Orders typically ship within 2 business days （Note:You may experience some delay in order processing and shipping during holidays). It may take 2-3 weeks for your order to finally arrive.
If your order contains pre-order items, please note that these items will ship once they're received. The anticipated ship date for pre-order items will be indicated on the product page.
3.CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
You are unable to modify or cancel order online. Please contact us within the first three hours of placing your order, and we will be more than happy to provide you with maximum support and assistance.
If it exceeds this time frame, your order will be processed as planned in our warehouse. Our partners are efficient in processing orders, which makes it impossible to edit or cancel them once they have been submitted. 4.HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Orders of $69 or more qualify for complimentary shipping. For orders that do not meet the $69 minimum, shipping fees ranging from $8 to $12 will be applied based on the carrier channel and international market. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for detailed information.

5.DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?
As long as you entered your correct email or cell phone number, you should have received an order confirmation from us when you completed your order. If you placed your order using your email address, make sure you check your junk/spam folder!

No need to worry! A few things may have occurred here:
Carriers often mark packages as delivered in advance and actual delivery can take up to another 24-48 hours. If this happens, please reach out to us when you do not see your package after this delivery window.
A friendly neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf for safekeeping. We also recommend double-checking all entrances and garages.
Please confirm your shipping address matches the address on your order confirmation.

Yes, our direct packaging for each parcel is eco-friendly and recyclable.
However, the outer packaging used for shipping is determined by the carrier based on international shipping requirements that we can not guarantee.
NUDITTA exclusively ships using packaging that utilizes 50% fewer materials compared to other fashion brands. We share your concern for the environment and are committed to ecological balance. NUDITTA discourages the use of single-use and disposable packaging. By 2024, our goal is to achieve zero-pollution packaging.
