Eco Packaging: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper made from recycled paper, sealed with a biodegradable sticker, and shipped in a Nuditta envelope. This envelope is then placed inside a padded eco-envelope made from recycled materials to protect it during shipping. This option is fully recyclable and kinder to the planet. All orders over £400 or containing large items such as nightwear will receive complimentary luxury packaging. 

Luxury Packaging: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a biodegradable sticker, and placed inside a luxury Nuditta gift box. The box is made from sustainable sources and is designed to be kept and re-used. This is shipped in a padded eco-envelope for extra protection which is fully recyclable. We endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 working day (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays). Any order placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day. 

International Orders

Once an order is dispatched, we kindly do not accept any cancellations. Should a shipment be undeliverable at the destination due to reasons such as refusal to pay import taxes, incorrect address provided, multiple failed delivery attempts, or otherwise, the parcel may be abandoned at the destination country at the recipients responsibility.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you adore your new luxury lingerie as much as we do. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The 14-day period will begin on the day the order is delivered. 

Please return items to us in an unworn condition with all labels and tags intact. We ask that you please try on your new lingerie over your existing lingerie. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, washed or worn. Please email our Customer service team at

international returns

The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. We also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will process your request.

Should you wish to exchange your item please contact us at or via the chat function as a new order will need to be placed and a refund issued for the initial order. Replacement goods will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative.
