Cancellation and Return policy

We accept cancellation before shipment and returns on almost all orders of unworn and undamaged products within 15 days of the order date.

Panties and bodysuits are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Cancellation

If you want to cancel order before shipment, pls contact customer service for full refund. Normally you can get refund within 2 days. Cancellation after shipment is not acceptable.

 

Return Conditions

You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned: Panties, Bodysuits.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Free gifts cannot be returned.

We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Nuditta products.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days.
